Knowthis,
Could you check this link? This fellow was so tiny I couldn't pull up the site and you've sparked my curiousity. ;D

Anyone have any personal feelings or opinions as far as what it may be? Hoax or something more?

It seems like the forearms are too long to be a rodent or marsupial.
VERY wierd.
Even wierder how the thing mummifed itself after only a few days.
Mabye its something never before seen before.
That is a possibility.
Whatever it is...it seems more mammal than reptile or otherswise.

www.rense.com/general31/strange.htmGuess I spoke too soon, according to this link originally posted by AtomHeartMother, it's a marsupial. Ironically it doesn't seem to resemble one much though.

I don't think it's a monkey, though it could be. When I was searching for the picture, I ran across a thread in another forum discussing it. One of the posts said that they had seen it elsewhere on the internet and that it was a monkey fetus. My impression when I first saw it was that it looked like the tiny mermaid mummy which I found when searching for information about conehead human skulls. Here is a picture of a mermaid mummy, but it isn't the one I ran across in my search a while back: Compared to the front veiw of the tiny Chilien humanoid:
