How to Remove Heavy Metal Toxicity By Stephanie Relfe From: Services4Health@aol.com How to Remove Heavy Metal Toxicit by Stephanie Relfe I was told this by a Naturopath. I am sorry that I don't have a reference for this study - if someone can give me the reference, I would greatly appreciate it. To get rid of heavy metal toxicity, simply juice pure cilantro. I was told by the naturopath that a hospital in Japan was doing a study on heavy metal poisoning, with 100 patients. Suddenly, for no apparent reason, one day the patients started to pass heavy metals in their urine. The doctors looked around for the cause of this. It turned out there was a new cook, who served soup before all meals. In every bowl of soup he added "Vietnamese parsley" - that is, cilantro. (I understand that what is called cilantro in the USA is what is called coriander in Australia). All metals were removed with the cilantro, including mercury and lead! Apparently the cilantro is meant to change the polarity of the blood. The cilantro must be fresh. Copyright ©: Stephanie Relfe - 2003 www.relfe.comwww.metatech.org.

Mechanic; Thanks for the info. on heavy metals and the effect of cilantro helping to remove it. I have heard this before so make a practice of including cilantro when I'm juicing fresh greens. If I come across a referance I'll post it...

Cilantro is a very powerful green!. I usually have to temper the taste with a few slices of green bell pepper when I juice to sweeteen the taste of the juice.
Cilantro potato soup is good too.
I throw Cilantro into my falafel mixture sometimes too.

Welcome...
Hope you find the forum useful.
It started only about 2 months ago.
Thank you for you contribution.
I have fillings in some of my teeth...most of all of these are (silver?) I think...most of them I had during the 1970's when i was a kid.
I guess I should look into that.

Thanks for the warm welcome!
Generally, any silver fillings are created as a mixture of equal parts of mercury metal and silver dust. The mixture can be molded and placed in the cavity. It then hardens quickly and the job is done.
The problem is that mercury leaches out of the filling over a long period of time, due to the chemicals in the mouth and the food we eat. It forms mercury compounds and quickly enters the body. Methyl mercury is a neurotoxin.
The ADA claims this is not a problem, but consider the massive class action suit if they admitted a problem! So we know what their position will be for a very long time!
I'm going to try cilantro for a while and see if I feel any difference.

The first time ever that I tasted cilantro was in Mexico and I hated it, but since I found out about it's value I greatly respect it and use it. A similiar feeling was my extreme dislike for slimy or moist wiggily little creatures like the common earthworm. This little tyke likewise has my utmost respect and when gardening handle them gently moving them and covering them with soil so they aren't disturbed. Spending some time in central Florida have noticed the soil is nothing more than dirt, sorry, but that's the way it is. Florida gardeners need to add a LOT of organic matter to their dirt to make it alive to grow healthy tasty plants.

You got that right....when I lived in Jacksonville Florida...the thing i remember is sandy, beachlike soil with little white fossils and sea shells in it.
Florida was underwater at one time...so that is no suprise... it will probably go back underwater someday too.
